We used Chris from DCM to design our dream home. This was our 4th home build and first time using a designer. The process was easy, collaborative and an all round great experience. We took our ideas to Chris, and he turned them into exactly what we were after to suit our dreams. Everything from the orientation of the outdoor living area, to the voids and open space we were after internally, was done exactly how we wished. The 3D walk throughs he produced also allowed us to feel like we were actually walking through our home, 6 months before the old house had even been knocked down (this alone was a game changer, so we were not second guessing what something might look like). There was no pushing of ideas from his end, he simply worked with the brief we wanted, and easily made any changes we may have had (which were very few after his amazing initial design). I would recommend Chris and DCM to anyone thinking of building. The process was amazing.
