DCM was commissioned to develop the design and submit this 30 unit development complex for both Council DA approval and also to document for construction. With a range of complexities to address ranging from both design, town planning and council requirements, fire safety and construction code necessities to the feasibility and budget factors for consideration, we were able to resolve the design and deliver a finished product that met the brief for our developer client.

Collaborating with the consultancy team and builder to ensure a fully co-ordinated design package was critical to the process. We were very proud to be part of this unit development project in Birtinya and thoroughly enjoyed working on this multi unit project.
