Presented with a Medium Density site in Maroochydore we were commissioned to design 5 x Townhouses with a mix of 3 bedrooms DLUG and 2 bedrooms with SLUG.

Given the large amount of ground floor space dedicated to the garages we decided to move the living areas to the first floor complete with raked ceilings and large alfresco balconies. This made all the difference and we were able to make the units feel spacious and desirable for the residents. Moving the living level up to the first floor also enabled a yard space on the ground floor with Master suite and we then put the remaining bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor in combination with the living level. Highlite glazing and the eastern orientation for the living areas blocking out the western sun made for a desirable solution and we are very proud of the finished product.
